K Kitchen Catering Ltd was founded on 5 May 2023 by Mrs Krishna Sonecha. She is the sole director, and she is the one in the kitchen. Everything on this page is either her own words or a matter of public record.
Weekdays in an office,
weekends in the kitchen
Mrs Krishna Sonecha started the company on 5 May 2023. At the time she was working Monday to Thursday in an office, and the food business was built at weekends, around her husband, Mr Nimesh Sonecha, and their twins.
It is still her in the kitchen for every order. That is the reason a menu here is worked out in a conversation rather than picked off a list: the person you speak to is the person who cooks it.
Since 2023 that has meant weddings and mehndi functions, birthdays and parties, Bollywood boat parties, charity work for the local community, and vegetarian meal packs and tiffin for families at home.

What a pure vegetarian
kitchen means
For a lot of the families we cook for this is the first question asked and the last one settled, and it is not a matter of preference. So it is worth setting out plainly.
- No meat, fish or egg is prepared in this kitchen at all.
- There is nothing here to keep the food separate from, because there is nothing else here.
- The same follows for the pans, the boards and the utensils.
- Anything beyond that, allergies above all, is worth raising when you enquire. You will get an honest answer about what can and cannot be done for your menu.
